Evans National

Geno Capezio is a Bloomingdale resident and Employee Benefits Consultant with Evans National, where he is leading the firm’s expansion into the Chicagoland market. He works with employers to evaluate their benefits strategy, manage rising healthcare costs, and identify solutions that better support their employees and business goals.

Prior to joining Evans National, Geno spent seven years with Paycom in sales and leadership roles, working with businesses throughout Chicagoland and the Midwest. A former Division I wrestler at Indiana University, he brings a competitive and relationship-focused approach to his work.

Geno and his wife are raising their two children in Bloomingdale, and he is excited to become more involved in the local business community, build relationships with fellow Chamber members, and support the businesses that make Bloomingdale a great place to live and work.
