Automotive Service BDC

Due to rapid growth our dealership is expanding! We are seeking a professional, responsible, and outgoing person to work in our fast paced, busy BDC (Business Development Center) in the Service/ Quicklane Department. This is a wonderful opportunity for someone with automotive customer service experience. In this role, you will help increase overall service repair orders for our dealership as you generate appointments for our service department.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Answers all inbound Service/Quicklane leads (phone, internet) and direct to appropriate contact/make appointments
• Contact present customers (phone, email, text) to maintain and improve customer loyalty
• Work with service management to develop strategies and techniques to increase traffic
• Quote pricing
• Promote and receive credit applications for Ford/Quicklane Card
• Remain up-to-date on products, market/industry trends, and certifications
• Understand and implement dealership service process
• Make CSI follow-up calls.
• Contacts all no-shows to reschedule missed appointments.
• Advises customers on special-order parts status, appointment reminders, and recall campaigns.
• Other tasks as assigned.
