Urban Air Bloomingdale is proud to announce their Re-Grand Opening on Monday, October 8th

Fit4Mom will be providing a pilates/yoga based 30 minute Barre class in their studio at Stratford Square Mall. See below for a description of the class. All attendees will need to sign a waiver which will be emailed to you after you register for the event. The post workout will include a well deserved drink & dinner at Red Robin.

Stroller Barre® class which is a strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! The class is lead by a certified Fit4Mom instructor and is appropriate for women of all ages and stages of motherhood - from pregnancy to empty nest. Please bring water, a yoga mat, and wear workout attire (yoga pants, gym shoes, exercise shirt/short sleeves). No stroller required for this class.

| Join us for an evening with Henna and Wellness at Peace of Art Gallery located on the Upper Level of STratford Square beside New York and Co. Enjoy getting your Henna done from recently recognized artist Hennatonic. Henna will be $10 per design and done in person with an all natural plant based henna. We'll have live wire wrapping from our local Naperville Buddhist artist MNDFLMTLS (Mindful Metals) as well as a promo of a $75 purchase of MNDFLMTLS gets you a free wirewrapped pendant. To warm you up we have all natural tea's provided by Nuovo Tea. Both artists will be donating a portion of their proceeds to the B.B.R Foundation for this event. This foundation is based on Schizophrenia and Depression but donates 100% of their proceeds to fund Brain Behavioral Research. This is something that is important to the Gallery as we continue to pair art with charity. |

The last Wednesday of EVERY Month, in association with the Village of Bloomingdale, SCORE will be offering FREE Mentoring to small area businesses and to those who would like to start their own business!
SCORE is a nonprofit association dedicated to helping small businesses get off the ground, grow and achieve their goals through education and mentoring. For the past 50 years, SCORE has been assisting business owners through their network of volunteer mentors, free business tools and templates, workshops and business counseling. SCORE mentors will be available for one-on-one business counseling here at the Chamber office.
