WellnessFusion Fest

Brought to you by the Bloomingdale Chamber of Commerce and Stratford Crossing Shopping Center. Featuring vendors from fitness studios, gyms, dance studios, psychologists, and therapists, all coming together to promote wellness and healthy living. Includes interactive booths where attendees can try out different fitness techniques such as yoga, dance, and pilates. There will also be therapists to address mental health and self-care. Bring your mats to participate in demonstrations.  Stay to end of the day when Left of Center will play live to keep the crowd movin’.

WellnessFusion Fest will be a fun and engaging event that will inspire and empower attendees to take charge of their health and well-being.

Event Sponsors: $500

• Logo on all marketing of the event: Banners in community, Chamber website, social media, and eblasts
• Signage at the event
• Premium expo table placement
• Stage time
• Recognition from the stage during the expo

• 10x10 space – vendor provides tent, table, table covering, & chairs
• Setup begins at 8:00 am. Once complete remove vehicle from expo area by 10:30 am.
• Business categories are limited – vendors need to be approved by committee
• Must complete vendor application in full and agree to the Hold Harmless Agreement
• No electricity is provided
• Any vendor providing or selling food, must offer healthy food options and have own licenses and permits.  No food vendors allowed outside of Stratford Crossing tenants.
• Stage time to present/demo/perform will be determined on what you are doing and number of acts
• Responsible for cleaning up own area of any garbage. Cans will be provided.
