Senior Attendees:

Representatives from Government Agencies, Village Offices, Police Departments, Fire Protection Districts, Park Districts, Library, Health Care Facilities & Agencies,
Financial Institutions and other businesses and organizations.

• Illinois Secretary of State Mobile DMV: Drivers License & State ID cards, standard and Real ID, vehicle registration/license plate stickers. - MUST Make Appointment with Chamber click on this website to see what is available https://forms.gle/FFbwxaRRMKycfKSW8   or call the office: 630-980-9082 during office hours. For a full list of acceptable documents visit ILSOS.gov. Written and road tests are not available at Mobile DMV events.

• Bloomingdale Lion's Club will perform vision and hearing screening services & collecting used / unwanted eyeglasses. Best of sign up immediately when you get there.
• Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois will be providing the following vaccinations for adults:All adult vaccines, Pneumonia, Shingles, TDP/TD, Hepatitis B, Meningococcal, 
  Influenza, Covid 19, RSV, MMR 
• Safety & Health information, including Blood Pressure Checks, Pharmacy Issues​
• Senior Bingo with a cash prizes.
