Rotary Trunk or Treat
CALLING ALL TRUNKS - TRUNKERS ARE NEEDED!
Sign up to Decorate a Trunk or Host a Game
Trunk: You will supply a vehicle trunk, decorations, and candy for distribution (enough treats for possibly 1000+ kids/must be in sealed packaging/no homemade goods). We highly encourage you to have non-food items available for children with allergies.
Optional Game: You supply a game, including table and/or tent as appropriate for the activity. This keeps the children busy so you can talk with the adults.
To Participate:
- Reserve your spot by registering your trunk with the Rotary directly: Trunk Application | Rotary Club of Bloomingdale-Roselle (clubrunner.ca)
- A $25 Donation to participate is required.
- Award is given to the Best Decorated Trunk!
- Highly encourage you to have some nonfood items for those children with allergies.
- Asking for all trunks to be ready by 11:30 for a special needs trunk or treating time.
