Event Cancellation Policy  
 
Pre-registration for our events is required so that the hosting venue can prepare an adequate number of meals.  If you need to cancel your registration, you must do so 36 hours in advance of the event. If you are unable to attend the event, but have not notified us at least 24 hours prior to the event, you will be responsible for the cost of the event.
