Fit4Mom will be providing a pilates/yoga based 30 minute Barre class in their studio at Stratford Square Mall. See below for a description of the class. All attendees will need to sign a waiver which will be emailed to you after you register for the event. The post workout will include a well deserved drink & dinner at Red Robin.

Stroller Barre® class which is a strength interval class designed to improve posture, stability, and mobility. The workout combines moves inspired by barre, ballet, Pilates and yoga to help you regain your posture and alignment and strengthen your body from the inside out! The class is lead by a certified Fit4Mom instructor and is appropriate for women of all ages and stages of motherhood - from pregnancy to empty nest. Please bring water, a yoga mat, and wear workout attire (yoga pants, gym shoes, exercise shirt/short sleeves). No stroller required for this class.
