A dedicated Trade School Scholarship is available for students enrolling in programs such as cosmetology\, automotive repair\, HVAC\, manufacturing\, and other skilled trades. This scholarship supports students pursuing certifications and skills critical to the workforce.\n\n\n\nThe number of scholarships awarded depends on funds raised through the Chamber's Luncheon for Scholars and the generosity of its members. Community support plays a key role in the program's success.\n\n \n\nHow You Can Help\n\nThe Chamber encourages businesses and residents to participate in fundraisers and contribute to this important initiative. Event details and updates can be found at www.BloomingdaleChamber.com under Events or on the Chamber's Facebook page at BloomingdaleChamberIL. Last year the Chamber awarded thirteen scholarships. As the need increases\, your support is greatly appreciated.\n\n\n\nYou can make a donation HERE by clicking on the Register button. \n\n \n\nNaming Scholarship\n\nThe Chamber provides businesses\, organizations\, or families the opportunity to sponsor and name a scholarship for $1\,200. Sponsors can customize the scholarship by setting specific criteria for applicants\, participate as a judge\, and personally present the award. The Chamber handles all the logistics\, including advertising\, collecting and coordinating applications\, and selecting recipients on behalf of the sponsor. This program is an excellent way to honor or memorialize someone while offering a meaningful impact without the complexities of managing a scholarship independently. If interested contact Cindy Allston at Cindy@BloomingdaleChamber.com\n\n\n\nMake a Donation: Any business can make a donation to the Scholarship Program. All amounts are welcomed. For those donating $500 or more will be invited to the Scholarship Breakfast in June to meet the awardees and help present the checks.
